Which is the G.O.A.T. for AI chatbots? From personal experience, I would say Anthropic's Claude 3 Opus AI LLM is light years ahead of GPT-4.
Claude boasts a 200k token context window, whereas GPT-4 only has 8,192. To put it in perspective, 200k tokens are equivalent to about 500 pages of material or 10 hours of conversation. Chatting with GPT-4 can feel like talking with a friend who might forget what you just said 25 minutes ago. On the other hand, Claude is like a trusted, old friend with whom you can engage in a sustained, overnight conversation, and it would remember the story you mentioned 7 hours ago.
I believe Claude's large context window makes it perfect for therapy sessions. It can handle really complex issues with long backstories. I recommend trying it for yourself to experience its power.
